Our IT infrastructure and digital communication tools enable seamless work from anywhere with an internet connection. Our daily online coffee break keeps the team connected, whether at home or abroad.
Work Digitally
convex consult is a paperless and fully digital design office. Our design work is exclusively digital, and we have completely transitioned to electronic documents—eliminating paper usage entirely. All documents created in our office are stored and sent in digital form. In our daily work, we use tablets, and our archives are fully digital, maintaining a structured record of the last 15 years of work.
All convex consult employees can perform their digital, paperless work from the office, from home, or anywhere in the world—the only requirement is an internet-connected computer.
Communicate Digitally
We have fully digital communication. Calls are made directly from PCs or laptops, our phone system is cloud-based, and traditional desk phones are a thing of the past. Employees can make business calls seamlessly via web interfaces or smartphones, whether in the office or at home.
We use digital collaboration tools for both internal teamwork and external client interactions. Virtual meetings and screen sharing allow for real-time collaboration. Our online chat rooms facilitate discussions with clients, project participants, and design partners. Thanks to digital messaging and file sharing, remote work eliminates physical distance.
Organize Digitally
Our team operates online. Across all offices, we use MS Teams as our platform for internal communication. The team stays connected through push notifications, video calls, and shared screens during meetings, ensuring everyone is up to date with the latest company news. Our ToolBox page allows employees to check which software is currently in use at convex consult and where to find relevant work-related information.
COVID-19 Response & New Way of Working
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our entire team switched to remote work on March 13, 2020. From May 11, 2020, we transitioned to partial home office, and by May 18, 2020, we fully adopted a “new way of working”—where home and office are now equal workplaces. From now on, we are fully available both online and in the office.
